I think you need to add some description to the videos on the Preview imagine.
Like Length, views and ratings and add the possibility for people to rate the videos.

 

yea there was some bug with ffmpeg, not sure if this was finally fixed.... but it was returning wrong run time for the videos. i was getting like 50 minutes for a 30 sec clip.

 

sometimes it load real slow...

If that was the case your site should a rocket propelled precision driving machine respected all over the world, and showing continuous profits and solid stock value.

It is not, so no, you are not like a German when it comes to these things.

I personally don't have a problem with the black background. Every time I post a site or blog up for review with a dark background, most of the reviews are to change the background...I don't, and the site does well anyway. Black is not the kiss of death, especially for entertainment type sites.

I do think that your site is no different from any other video gallery affiliate site. The amount of ads and pop ups are consistent with other sites of this nature, but it slows loading time tremendously.

I'm curious, why use a gmail email when you have your own domain ? "1 million page views. contact youjav at gmail.com"...This is confusing. What does it mean ?

I miss click your ad here at the front page. Damn, that is perfect placement. And, you have too many ads. this will annoy your visitor. But why you create website like this, well I know porn has huge searches on the net, but I think it will be better if you target another global niche like youtube did, so your videosite will go more viral and didn't get banned in several countries that didn't allowed porn.

I'm not too fond of the headings of the site. It's too jammed together in my opinion. I think it'd be better if you tried to space it out a little better.

 

remove this popup, and put more color, and fix the fonts.
