17400 Page Impressions - 19 $ Earnimgs

Hi Guys,

Can you please suggest some tips on how to improve the earnings? In last 21 days my website has 17400+ page impressions but I have made only 19$. The problem that I can see is the most of the ads are not targeted. How can I get targeted ads?

It would help if you place your website on here. However you can add adsense selector tags around the content you want. It also depends on where your adsense is place on your website. Try placing your ad on the top of you website with tag <!-- google_ad_section_start --><!-- google_ad_section_end --> around your content. This is also some ignore tags that you can use if it is something on your website that is triggering your current ad content.

 

showing us your site would really help, but since we do not have that... just go with what proncios said and search through Google's resources... also think about going direct with your own targeted ads. Check out oiopublisher... it is really awesome and super easy to find your own advertisers.

 

I agree with PRONCIOS. Also, apart from Adsense targetting, it's better to build your content on high paying niche keyqords. Main important is proper ads placement, unique content and high paying keywords. Also, if you can share your blog then I can analyze the same and suggest improvements.

 

My best tip: You have a lot of ad views but no clicks. This can be related to the fact that your ads are not relevant enough. Work on the keyword research and SEO to get the site more relevant and THEN you will get more relevant ads that will increase the clicktrough. I'm using this strategy myself and it is awesome for my Adsense income. Also look into the ad placements and formats.

 

try other niche too...
placed ads on high potential cliks area...like on your post, above commenct form..or link ads that like top menu....

Increase the keyword density can help to get more targeted ads

 

if you using Wordpress, Try this plugin: Google Ad Wrap, this plugin will add section targeting in your site, so the ads will more related to the contents

 

optimize the keyword you want.more keyword density is all you need if your ads are not related to your content

Very little rate. Why? I think you have to optimize your keyword.

 

Your CPM looks alright.
However it can be increased if your able to increase your CTR.
