I don't think dropping highschool just because NOW you're making 70k it's a good idea...
70k are a lot of money...but you can't be sure that you'll get 70k next month...on web nothing is sure

People drop out a school making a lot less than that, and in a lot cases they're making nothing.

Anyways, 70k could last well over a year for the average person, plenty of time to:
    a) expand the business
    b) get a job

Even if her business failed in the end and she spent her money i reckon she could easily get a job in some IT industry e.g. marketing because she can show that she has something special to make a site that popular.

So true, Once this myspace fad ends she'll be just another struggling internet earner.

But besides that i do think she deserves what she got. She's worked hard and found her niche.

I agree. If you drop out of highschool it doesn't mean you are never going to get a good job. It depends on the individual. Alot of highschool dropouts have no motivation so thats why they never get anywhere... Not because they dropped out but because of the reasons they dropped out.
I know alot of people that have never finished highschool but are just as successful as the next person.

Absolutly amazing. Dropping highschool might be a risky step but then again ... life can teach us much more than school

Yeah so true. A lot of the drop outs are the people who just have no intention of ever working seriously, but there are some that do go onto good things. I have a friend who just left school this year and he's already earning nearly $1,000 a week doing an apprenticeship in engineering, and also attending Tafe, and apparently is going really well. Now, he didn't go that good at school (although he always seemed smarter than his exam results showed) but now he's renting a place with a couple of friends and he seems happier than before.

Dropping out of school doesn't mean you're a bum destined for failure.

Dropping out of highschool is a little extreme. Dropping out of college is a little more acceptable. That's what Bill Gates did.

Her CPM is just over $1.16 (That's $1,16 for every 1000 pageviews on here website that she is earning).

Not bad, but just think how much she could be earning if she managed to increase that slightly. I have a feeling it can be improved.

There's got to be one that has to work things out, lol, and unfortunately that's me. As if $70,000 a month is not enough.
