Hmm, whats that like $1.49 a month for an unmetered master reseller account. Interesting. I'm sure it'll be very high quality. We must remember to that unmetered doesn't mean unlimited. Say this host only has 2500gb of b/w, and someone uses it all, you don't get as much as you want, but it doesn't matter how much of it you use. Hate to break it to you, but any host selling master reseller packages for 18 bucks a year will either have crap quality or be closed next month. Well you take that risk with everyone really don't you, I paid $30 for a years master from another provider 4 months ago, and its still going. These guys look alright, and he proved the uptime to me, so im happy.
