    Yes. Its possible. There are niches that have even higher clicks than that...just have to do tons of research. I run an article directory where I do all my keyword testing .......

    No don't. Even if the blog is not bringing in any money right now, you will benefit later from domain aging (Google rewards domains that have been in existence longer)......and then later just adapt ways to raise your click thru rate...:)
