    its not that crazy
if you read it closely, he's still getting an education and just pursuing something that he enjoys doing. Even if guitar hero blows over, he can still become a professional gamer. i know tons of sites that hire them to review games, so that's a possibility for him.

Maybe he's playing it to learn all about games structure, and he wants to be a game programmer in the future :D

Wow, the kid is now being homeschooled, doing better in his studies, and has a chance to travel and earn money. Why would the media demonize these parents who made a choice to help their kid develop his talents? The school was not a success for him. Big surprise. He wasn't doing well there, was not well liked, and now he has an opportunity to develop his skills. Although unconventional, this is not a bad option. Many people think that schools are wonderful...and I am sure they are...for those sheeple that are just like the others...I would rather have other options, and I am glad his parents had the insight to defy convention and do what was appropriate for their child. I wish them well.

LOL, Good luck to the kid. Guitar hero is a great game, but to drop in the school just to play it. I will just recommend you to play Cabal online. It's a great game to play.
