I just blogged about this in detail - too many quotes and links to copy over - here is the overview.

This REALLY ticks me off!!!

This company and their attorney are purposely targeting only small, home-based CafePress Affiliates and Marketers in this lawsuit because they know they can't afford to fight back. Many of the 52 people being sued have never even made a dime selling these "Sweet Pea" products.

Does this make you mad too?

That kind of lawsuit happens all the time in this country. Legal bullying makes it almost impossible for the little guy to do business.

Photopost recently sued vbadvanced and used their superior finances to force vbadvanced to give away their premier product. Photopost (a company with a poor customer service record) now once again has a virtual monopoly on Vbulletin photo gallery software. They charge absurd licensing fees and can get away with it because no competitor can enter the market. When they do, Scott Wainer (photopost owner) just sues them until they have to give up.

    I hate this legal BS.
