    lalugeo, check out the link in my signature. They do a lot of health articles, and I am sure you can pass the qualification test. They provide you a keyword phrase and you simply write a 150 to 250 word article based on the keyword phrase, and after they accept you, then you will start seeing articles under the "assignments" tab. It pays good.
