    My guess is someone new to adwords accidently set their max CPC way too high, and thus you got your $16 click. I'm sure they will correct it when they log in and see what they are being charged.

    Wow! First of all, congrats! however, I suspect this was either a mistke on the part of the advertiser or you simply lucked out. I doubt if this will be the norm no matter what niche a person has.

    It might be because at that Google was not able to exhaust budget of that particular advertiser on its search ads.

    well i wont disclose the url name... but seriously i only got 1 click last day and it made me that much.... the other thing is that the website not really about docters and there household chorus :-p. Its about there profession. (New Surgery Techniques, Medicine's, Experiences) thats all i can say. Still i need to evaluate what got me paid that much amount. I will share more stats in coming days. Thanks everyone for your opinions.
