don't put too many ads dude.Now its no a stone age.They visitors will know that is an ads.Make the ads doesn't look like an ads.Increase their curiousity and you will get higher CTR.

 

These stats are really impressive for a low-maintenance proxy site. I know of some really hi-volume, hi-content very well optimized sites with EDU, GOV and MIL backlinks that only make about 3-4 times more than you do per thousand impressions. And those sites sure require a bit more effort to design and maintain.
I am not sure you can push it much higher.

 

where do you get your traffic?...

better redesign your page?...with 16000 impressions you could make more considering your design now...


try competitive ad filter...check the ads that are pulling up in your site and filter the ones that are MFAs...

 

work on the origin of the traffic. Get more traffic from US (potentially more click)

 

try changing the colors or the template around
