I have already mailed you , if you still want a refund , we are ready to give a refund , Tech4server.com is not on the same server as yours , thats why you cannot login at tech4server.com/cpanel . I tested the same username and password i sent you in the welcome mail and it worked .

You cannot have more than 3 connections to your site at a time , thats why you get that message , this is done to keep server load low .

 

And not more than 75 users at a time , if you dont want these limits , upgrade to a dedicated server or vps server .

 

75 users at a time for 1 domain or for 1 reseller account?

i have problem with cgi

 

cgi proxy not allowed on server , only php proxy is allowed .

 

i not install cgi proxy, i just install a program using cgi (not proxy). can you help me?

 

BAD customer support stay away form this hosting company. They shut down my service and told me they would refund my money instead of dealing with my problem. More than one IT person has said stay away.

They even sent me the wrong password to access my account. Anyone want to know what I have been through send me a PM

This client submitted a ticket today :

You are not going to tell me I used 100GB of bandwidth already with a little
known proxy.

I just added my second proxy and I am getting these messages out of
bandwidth. Bump me up to the $12 level and send me an invoice. I want to run 2
proxies on your service and never want my site to go down.

For this I told him to Login to His WHM control panel and change his bandwidth allocation to his accounts , If he allocates 100gb to his account , of course his limit will be at 100gb . After that he still says " Right now I can't care which method is correct to fix my problem. You have

i am not blackmailing anyone but with so much competition the name of the game is a happy customer. Please issue me my refund since you terminated my account for supposedly complaining to much.
