    Hi,

    I've bought a reseller account from numberonehost.com.

    Here is my experience:

    - Few days ago I opened an account. Response was fast. Next day I get reseller account active.
    - I create a new account for a customer.
    - After a couple of days, my customer call me saying that site was suspended.
    - I checked my reseller account and in fact his account was suspended from provider. Reason for suspending: illegal script hosting.
    - I try to figure out by myself if something illegal has been installed but i didn't find anything.
    - I sent a ticket to support trying to figure out "what illegal script!"
    - Have received and answer about 12 hours later telling me:
    "All I have been told by my provider is that it was an illegal script, we do not tell clients before we suspend them because we do not tolerate illegal scripts."
    - I reply back:
    "Have you checked which illegal script is it? I can not find any illegal script on it."
    - No answer back.
    - Today that suspended account was deleted form my reseller account with no previous warning.
    - Just now I cancel my 1,99 paypal subscription

    Conclusion:

    I know we can not expect to much from a 1,99 reseller account but I also think this is not the way to do business.

    Servers from this host seem to be OK, no downtime, but I only recommend it to host no critical sites and customers should do backups frequently and open a siteuptime account since it is the unique way to be warned about account deletion.

    His account was suspended & deleted by our server owner. If the server owner deleted his account, then he had verified that the script was illegal and kept if off his server.

    Your entitled to your own opinion. But, thank you for using our services. I'm sorry that you did not like our hosting. If your looking for an illegal files or warez host, try looking. I'm sure there is one thats cheap and reliable for you.

    1- I've just made an honest review.

    2- I was your client not your server owner client. So I guess you should check that "illegal things" are true.

    3- How can you say that I am looking for warez hosting? Me and my customer have nothing related with warez or illegal stuff.

    I am asking you again: Did you saw any illegal files on that account? I didn't. And I think you didn't even checked it or try to figure out what was the problem with your "server owner".

    Maybe it was a misunderstanding or the indicated reason was not appropriate and if you tried to do your job maybe I still was your client.

    I would like to think that someone took the time to see if there was illegal material before deleting anything. I would not want my sites deleted becuase someone said it was illegal when it wasn't. Someone could take down every site on the server if no one is cheking before taking actions.
