150 web Directory sites, looking to include PR sites

    I have 150+ Directory sites

    I am looking for 3 way link exchange

    you link my site from your any PR site in return i will link you from my directory sites as follow

    here is how much

    PR 1 = link from 2 Web directory sites ( all have uniques IP)
    (if you link me from Pr 1 site then i will link you from 2 directory)
    like that
    PR 2 = link from 5 Web directory sites ( all have uniques IP)
    Pr 3 = link from 10 Web directory sites ( all have uniques IP)
    Pr 4 = link from 20 Web directory sites ( all have uniques IP)
    PR 5 = link from 40 Web directory sites ( all have uniques IP)

    NOTE
    all web directory have uniques IP
    all web direcory have proper category & sub category.
    I do not have more then 10 link in one page.
    Domain age of all directory is 8 to 36 months
