$150 Template - Redesign for a current website (Ends June 18)

Hi,

This is a contest for a new template needed for this website: www [dot] legacymedsearch [dot] com

I need to keep the flash, so please design the template keeping in mind the Flash.

I want a new layout, the menu can be changed, the flash can be placed in the middle...etc

I want:
Web 2.0 design
New colors: I want fresh & bright colors that still go with the Flash found on the website.
Medical DEVICE theme (check the flash of this website for ideas on medical devices: www [dot] medicaldeviceguru [dot] com )

I want the design to include:
1- Homepage
2- Contact Us page with form
3- Find a job page
4- News Page
5- New Graphics - more than 5 - Medical DEVICE theme

1) Homepage needs a new layout but must have a place for the following:
-I need a menu that has 7 options: Home, Find a Position, Candidate Services, Client Services, News, Referral Program, About Us
-I also need a place for a list of RSS listings
-A place for Newsletter form for new people to join the newsletter
-At the bottom a place for: FAQ, Contact Us, News, Blog.... (smaller font ..)

2) Contact Us page should include:
Name
Phone Number
Email
Subject
Question (big field)
Send and Reset Button

3) Find a Job page Must have:
- A new menu that has: Select Area of Expertise (this one has multiple listings), Geographical Regions, Keywords.

The current website opens these options in a new window, the new website will have these options open within the website, so please make the design accordingly.

4) News Page Must have:
It opens this website: www [dot] medicaldeviceguru [dot] com within the website. It will look like a frame within the main website.


This Contest will end JUNE 18, will pay through paypal.

I reserve the right to not choose a winner if the entries are not professional

Just curious as to why you want entries only in PM?
