$150 simple layout and logo

    I need a simple logo and layout design for my website. This is the raw concept of the layout:

    As you can see the background of the layout has to be like a photowall.

    The pictures can be used from my flickr account:

    Some restrictions:

    - The content has to have a little transparancy so the pictures on the background can be seen.
    - It has to have a happy, friendly, joyfull look in a professional way.

    The logo design has to be an old tv with the websites name in the screen. Something like this:

    The name of the website is Dordrecht in Beeld. The logo has to be in same tone red, white and blue as this logo:
