    He promised 24-hour completion. Obviously, that is complete nonsense. I've not heard a peep from him since paying 5 days ago.

    If he is still taking new orders while blatantly delaying existing orders, he deserves negative iTraders.

    May as well ask here, how do you go about reversing a PayPal payment? Can lodge a dispute somehow? This guy hasn't responded at all. Not even a PM or anything.
