    This is easy to customise, you talk a lot about having varying amounts of links. The picks link column down the left hand side can have as many links as you want whilst also providing enough room for an expandable menu, ie you have different types of bets for NFL, NBA etc and need more room.

    Your links that vary depending on which page you are on can be where I have shown them, HTML generated, a simple bit of css and again you can have as many as you like.

    So basically I think I have made a structured looking template but with flexible approach you need.

    Here are some corrections, there's more room in the picks menu, and with the more picks button, more selections could be available with a floating css menu. I understand your needs however these samples are mostly to establish the general style to see if that's what you looking for, minor changes can be adjusted easily when the winning design is chosen i think.

    I've included a different color variation too.
