I will not share the exact reserve price but I will say that it is very low.

Revenue:

This site brings me about $150 per month in PASSIVE profit from selling a Plimus product as an affiliate. The product that I promote allows users to download unlimited games, movies, music, and software to their Nintendo DSi for the small price of $39. As an affiliate, you make 75% of the sale price which comes to $30 per sale.

It converts very well because gamers only pay a small one-time fee and they can download tons of new stuff for their DSi whenever they want to.

Here is the revenue breakdown from the past few months:

May: $60 (The reason why it was only $60 in May is because I used to promote a different DSi product on this site but it wasn't converting very well and the vendor ended up closing down. I couldn't find another product to promote until the middle of May when I found the current product that the site promotes. Once I switched out the old broken affiliate links for the new one, the sales started coming in almost immediately. So the $60 in May was only for the last half of the month and it probably would have been more had the new links been added at the beginning of May.)

June: $150

So far in July: $30. (The $30 commission I got came yesterday, July 6th. With 24 more days in the month still, it should easily reach the $150 mark if not more.)

Traffic:

All of the traffic is natural and I don't do any work for it. Most of it comes from articles I have previously written that are on Articles Base and are ranking well in the search engines for their keyword phrase. I also get some traffic directly from the search engines as well as other referring sites.

If you end up winning this auction, I will leave all articles untouched and all links pointing to the site so you will not lose any traffic or revenue. If it makes you feel more comfortable, I will even give you access to my Articles Base account so you can always be sure nothing was changed.

Why I'm Selling:

In case you're curious why I'm selling a site with good passive income, it's because I have some bills coming up that I need to pay and the quick cash from the sale of this site will really help me out right now as opposed to holding onto it. I am also looking to hire an SEO Virtual Assistant and need some funds to pay him.

What do you need and how much work is required on your part?

To sustain the $150 a month passive income, the only things you will need are a hosting account to host the site on, a GoDaddy account for me to transfer the domain to, and a Plimus account so you can sell the current product as an affiliate.

GoDaddy and Plimus accounts are free. Plimus accepts everyone too just like Clickbank does so there's no worry about not getting accepted like some other affiliate programs.

As far as actual work is concerned, if all you want to do is sustain the $150 per month and not increase it, there is really no work required on your end as I've already written all the articles that make the sales and done all the SEO work so they rank well in the search engines. You will just need to swap out my affiliate links for yours and I can do that all for you if you want.

If you want to increase revenue though, and I'm sure you probably do, read below for some more ideas on making more profit through this site.

How you can increase revenue:

As I've mentioned, most of the traffic and profit comes from the articles that are pointing to this site and ranking on the search engines. There is a lot of room for improvement though and below are just a few things you can try out:

• Write more articles. There are tons of other keywords I haven't even targeted yet which could prove to be profitable for you. I can even do some research and provide you with a nice keyword list if you want.
• PPC. I haven't ever experimented with PPC with this site and it may be quite profitable for you. Try using Google Adwords, Yahoo, and Bing to start off with.
• SEO. Another aspect I haven't tested with this site is doing SEO work to get the site itself to rank well in the search engines. There are some really uncompetitive terms out there in this niche that you can rank for with a little work.
• Building a list. I never got much into email marketing so a list is something I've neglected with this site. With an average of 400 unique visitors per month, you should be able to get some of them onto your list and sell to them repeatedly.
• Adsense
• Amazon

There are of course other options, but those are the ones I would focus on to increase profit right away.
