    But I mean you could argue that with NNN.com domains as well? And yet NNN.coms sell for way over 10k+. You rarely to almost never see any commercial development with any NNN domains.

    agree, but those are .com. But there is no value buy and hold value in info imho, unless you do something with it.

    Usually, random NNN.info sells around mid $xx, since yours seems to be a good one I'd say high $xx - low $xxx
