$150 Home page Contest in WP

Details:
This website will be for a Self Storage company in the UK (conatiner storage).

The web design should feature a mixture of the following themes:
Container units, padlocks, boxs and a clean flowing design.

The menu will contain the following pages:
Stoarage Sizes and Prices, Contact, security, company profile, econorent

I am looking for a professional looking website, with a nice flow and feel to the website. The company is Called Stow@Stowmarket Ltd.
I did have a website on this domain before that i now feel out of date.
www.stowatstowmarket.co.uk You can google chache this for ideas.
Also m other company is www.econorent.co.uk. i dont want copys of either, just for you guys to have some idea fo what i have.

Im looking for a really cool, funky website to please use your imagtion

Rules:
1. You must create the designs yourself. No templates. You must not use any images you do not have the right to use.
2. 1 week for entries
3. 1 winner gets $150
4. Winner provides wordpress homepage.
5. Only the winner agrees to transfer me rights to that design

Suggestions:
1. If you must put a watermark put "Sample" on your image.
2. Host images elsewhere and delete them after the contest is over to protect your work.

Is this just design only, or are you needing the winner to code it as well for the price given?
