Consider these factors before buying any domain :
    Traffic
    Page Rank
    Domain Age

If the above factors are good enough, you can go ahead and buy the domain.

I doubt anyone will offer you more than $150 for the domain, so yes, you should sell now.

$150 for a 3-word .info is more than acceptable, take it before they have changed their mind

$150 was the first offer price that the person offered me, but i refused to sell it for that amount and requested him to revise his offer. He asked me how much are you expecting ? I have not replied any amount to him. Shall i increase my offer ? If Yes, than by how much amount ? Please advice.

Dude you are risking too much. Try to ask $200 ($250 max imo)

I asked for $500. Waiting for his reply. Its great if he accepts it. If he does not, then i will create a Online Sports Betting Information Blog with that domain and do some link sales in it. What is your opinion ?

That is way too much. You may not get any reply from the buyer. .info domains sells very hard currently. Developing it will not make it worth more than $150, in any case website value is based on traffic and revenue.

Personally I think its a great domain would be perfect for some driving traffic to betting exchanges or sports spread betting sites through affiliate programs. You can write a heap of content and rank quite easily. Though as an undeveloped domain I think anything more than $200 would be a very big ask.

150 is more than enough for three letter .info domains
I have got few info names myself like:
    DellLaptops.info
    Godess.info
    HowToDoSex.info
    InRelationship.info
    PreciousGift.info
    SoftCopy.info

But I dont expect $500 for each domain.

Considering your domain was only registered on June 5 2012 according to the whois info and .info is the TLD... yeah, 150 is a good price. If he wants it that bad he'll give you the 500 - but I don't think you'll get it. Lets hope I'm wrong.
