    I have a 90%+ success rate, but approval depends on your site. I do put each one in the correct category (unlike most services) so I can get near 95% approved if your site isn't too spammy. Some directories manually approve and don't like low quality sites, in that case it is closer to 75% approval rate.

    Its not 100% manual, however I enter the info manually so its about 50% manually, this gives me a near 100% success rate.

    As an example on my sites:

    http://www.offbeat-news.com/ I only missed 12 of the 150, but most were because the directories had errors
    on http://www.gassaverguide.info/ I missed 15 of the 150, some were denied because I submitted when I only had 1 post up.

    If your site is quality you will get very close to 90% success.

    And have done more than 50 of these (although only got 1 iTrader for it, you can check that if you like).
