$150 design contest - website redesign

I need a site redesigned asap. Content is aready present. I just need the site to be redesigned, coded and the content transferred to the new site. It has around 25 pages. Take a look - http://www.advanceloan.net

I need a professional look with a web 2.0 kinda touch. I need quality - no junk templates please. For a site that I recently had redesigned see -http://www.targeted-traffic.net (to get an idea of the quality I expect).

The contest closes in 2 days time. If you cannot code and transfer content, please do not participate. I am not interested in PSD's but need a full XHMTL/CSS design.

Hello I can design and code but I dont know if I can do XHTML I know some of the code but im not really sure how it all works, I know they just have some different tags and are closed differently but I can do HTML and CSS? would this be fine?

I think you will get more good response and entries, if you can split the work and allow PSD designs and coding as separate work

 

Personally I think that people may not have entered yet because there is a hell of a lot of work for $150.

Firstly you want a good web 2.0 style template.
Then you want it coding to be css/xhtml complient code.
Then you want at least 10 webpages creating with that code.
Then there will probably be changes made to content colours etc as they may well not match the new template design.
Integration of adverts everywhere.

A hell of a lot of work.

You generally find someone who is a good designer, can code in XHTML/CSS complient code and is willing to create you 10 pages will not do it for that price, very rarely is a good designer also a good coder, if they are, they earn good money and don't need to enter contests

I am willing to increase the prize money to $200 and I am also willing to split the project between 2 people as per suggestion above (1 for the design and another for the coding).
