150$ Adult Pirate PSD design

i want a piratethemed template for a videodumpsite
I need high quality on this and you gotta tell me if the budget is too low.

The script this template will be used for is called phplinkdropper

you should probably be able to see site widhts colums and .well everything
base your design on the same sizes of everything as they are on bangster!

I have no colors or anything in mind just make sure it looks proffessional and that its a real pirate theme
and i also want a 468x80 banner animated included in this deal
