150 "$48 AdSense sites" for sale.. cheap!

Ok. I bought 150 of the AdSense sites from Claycomm from this thread, please read it for all the details:

You can even see my posts there. I put one site up as a test, at www.palanovventures.com (yeah I forgot to put the banner in... )... AND, for those worried about Google's TOS, I emailed them and got an OK letter today, you can see that post on the last page or two of the above thread. Well I have decided that I want to focus on some other projects so these must go. I paid Claycomm $277.50 for 150 sites, 50 each on Cancer, Quitting SMoking and Ance.. 3 of the BEST paying AdSense topics. So I am looking for best offer. You will get all 150 sites, zipped in 3 files for download. NO DOMAINS ARE INCLUDED! Not at this price!

Yes, these are the sites that Claycomm sells that will make you, on average, $48 each per year. So if you go by those numbers, these 150 sites will make you $7,200 per year.. That is what he claims. And seems like he has many customers buying these 1,000 at a time!

I might also split these up into 3 groups, by niche.

Many people like the sites that Claycomm has built, but want to start slow. Here is your chance!

Huh???? I paid $277.50.. As stated in his thread, Claycomm charges $1.85 per site, so $1.85 x 150 = $277.50... by my math, that's a BIT more than $100...

50 Acne sites
50 Cancer sites
50 Quit smoking sites

Minimum bid on each lot of 50 is $65
Minimum bid on all 150 sites is $165
BIN for all 150 sites is $250

Wait so you paid $277.50 for the sites and your selling them for $250. So what do you get out of this?

 

why would you lose $28 by selling them instead of supposedly making $7.2k a year?

 

Because I didn't realize how much time it was going to take to register 150 domains and then uplaod all these sites.. bottom line is this, I have several other online ventures that make me $x,xxx a month, with very little work. It just makes sense for me to focus on those. I bought these, realized I made a mistake as I don't have the time for it.. and am now willing to cut my losses.

Honestly, if I don't sell these it won't affect me one way or the other. A loss of $277.50 is no biggie... not being pompous, just stating a fact (for me.) Or I might end up putting a few up each week as time permits.. but with everything I have going on, it will take me weeks to get all 150 sites up for myself.

 

I have to ask ... are the spelling mistakes in the sample intentional??

Yes those are commong misspelled search threads people use.. it is intentional.. again, I emailed Google this week and asked if these sites were ok.. I sent them the URL for the one you see. I got an email back yesterday saying it was fine. I posted that email in the original thread about these sites posted by Claycomm..

I am also wondering if people would be interested in buying all 150 sites for $75, and I would make this offer available to the first 5 people that PM me, and then no more.. Yes, you'd all get the exact same site files, but it would be dirt cheap. PM me if you are interested... I don't know if I want to do this, but I will make a decision if I have enough interest and then will update the thread. Just a thought.
