Taken down my design for the time being. There has been a misunderstanding between myself and the contest holder which I'm hoping to resolve as soon as possible.
Unfortunately this deal hasn't gone through. When I won the contest, Solobeton PM'd me to tell me I'd won. Firstly, he announced that I'll be designing his phone card for him (which there is no mention of at all in this post and not at all what I do), and then he asked for the HTML version of the PSD. I didn't enquire about the Phone Card because that to me is a separate project in itself, but the HTML version was what there was a misunderstanding about. Clearly in this post he mentioned no coding, and I designed a PSD worth $150, so to me coding would have to come as an extra cost. I PM'd him back and politely told him that I didn't realise he needed it coding, and that I can do it for him for an extra cost, and I apologised for assuming it was just a PSD. The response I got back was unprofessional and insulting. He accused me of wasting his time and that he will only give me $75 for the PSD, and if I don't sell it to him for that he will give me a negative itrader. Personally, I don't care if I get a negative itrader, but I do care about not receiving the money when I put a lot of work into a design that is worth $150. He also mentioned that he doesn't know about specifying coding in a contest, but clearly in another contest of his he did mention coding. Sure, I guess I should've asked, but he should've specified it. I PM'd him back to tell him I will only sell it for $150 because that is the standard I designed it to, and that I was pretty much insulted that he thought it was only worth $75. He didn't reply, so I PM'd him again yesterday to ask him if he wanted to buy the PSD or not, but I've still had no response. It's been 24 hours since my last PM and now I can only assume that he isn't going to bother replying to me or give me any money at all. I'm leaving this in this post so that the reason I'm leaving negative itrader for him is explained in more detail.
Hello people, This guy is just a rip off...i feel cheated as well. He doesnt reply at all even though he can be seen active. I bought this service as here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=902937&page=3 as you can see in initial posts and gave a good review, but i hardly used it and the site went down. i waited months, then i asked for refund. first he kept me waiting saying that he will put the site up but site never got up and nor the money came.
