With this type of site the most important thing is making regular posts to keep the search engines coming back on a frequent basis. I would spend the $60/month on unique content to use in posts. There are content writers on DigitalPoint that offer content @ $0.01 per word. However, if you enjoy writing your own content I would spend the money on some sort of submission service. $60 a month is a start but don't expect a lot from it. I would say spend $30 on adsense and the other $30 on unique content and maybe help with a more appealing design. Since you are trying to sell custom built computers through affiliate links I would say also post atleast a photo of the case because the website now has no visual appeal and that will make people click off the page before even reading through the text if their are no photos. I would also say try to blend your advertising into the pages more because it sticks out so much no one will click them.
