Contest $15 Very Quick - Contest Landing Page Needed

    I need a contest landing page, this landing page needs to have a generic design so it can be used for multiple contests. This page needs to have 2 fields assigned to it which are "Full Name" and "Email", this page will be used as a promotional page for giving away free gift cards.

    The page will be used on a facebook fan page so needs to fit the style, many examples can be found online. Not specific on colours or anything as I need it to be generic with a professional stand out look.

    Long term work available for the right designer!

    The winner will be notified by PM and it will be at there discretion if they would like to identify themselfs as the winner or not.

    I need this quick so I am going to end this contest in less then 12 hours unless otherwise noted.


    Payment will be instantly delivered via paypal after the winner has been chosen, I have many projects available with high and low pay's.

    Just google facebook sweepstakes and you will find millions, its more or less going to be used as a page where they need to like it to enter
