I need a contest landing page, this landing page needs to have a generic design so it can be used for multiple contests. This page needs to have 2 fields assigned to it which are "Full Name" and "Email", this page will be used as a promotional page for giving away free gift cards. The page will be used on a facebook fan page so needs to fit the style, many examples can be found online. Not specific on colours or anything as I need it to be generic with a professional stand out look. Long term work available for the right designer! The winner will be notified by PM and it will be at there discretion if they would like to identify themselfs as the winner or not.
