$15 Vector Image Contest

I'm looking for a Vector Image of a Dutchmen smoking a pipe. It doesn't not have to be the entire body, it can just be the top half, or just the face if it's good enough.

Contest Details
Prize: $15 (paid via paypal)
Deadline: I'm looking for one soon, but I guess I will keep it open for a week or two.

- I want the vector to look something like this guy...http://www.nypl.org/research/chss/spe/art/print/exhibits/drydrunk/images/matelot.jpg
- Would like the design to be in vector format or a psd format, where I can easily change the size and color for T-shirt printing. Rough size would be 960x960 pixels or 10x10in.

Hello, designers, can't u see?.. he left the contest http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=965163 at a price of $40, then he opened it again at a price of $15 ..... LOL!... this is funny!... and u still posting you designs here?... for me it's degrading.

 

this design, in all hardwork to convert it into vector, which is supposedly deserving more than $40..... but at $15?........ plzzzzzzzzzz... just my opinion

 

I had a winner, but he never came through with what I wanted.

I only need the vector now, because I did the layout and font myself.

Anybody who previously submitted an entry from the previous contest, may post their vector image here.
