According to the google analytics traffic overview, our site is
getting 15% of it's traffic from campaigns, even though we only set up
one campaign link that got two visits (according to the campaigns
report.). What's going on? Where is that 15% of traffic coming from?

    Traffic report:

    30.91%Search Traffic
    1,016 Visits

    35.81%Referral Traffic
    1,177 Visits

    17.95%Direct Traffic
    590 Visits

    15.33%Campaigns
    504 Visits

This may be from previous campaigns, which are paused.
Usually whenever a user clicks on your ads, cookies are saved for 6 months.
If that user, visits again in 6 months. Your analytic will show visitors from that paused Campaign.

    Thanks for your answer

If I expand my date range to all the time that we've existed and click on campaigns, I get a total of 157 visits from various campaigns.
According to traffic sources, we got 4001 visits from campaigns during the same period.
Does this mean that our campaigns reached 157 people that went on to visit 4001 times in total?
This doesn't seem to be correct because if I only use the 'new visitors' segment, I get 932 Visits which, although less than 4001, is still greater than the 68 new visitors that the campaigns report says we get.
So there are still new visitors that the traffic sources say we get from campaigns but which the campaigns report doesn't record.
