Product import feature is there in almost all open source platforms but the most robust will be with Magento or even Drupal, which you can also use as an ecom platform

Ecommerce is a kind of company structure, or section of a larger company structure, that enables a firm or individual to work over an digital network, typically the internet. Electronic commerce operates in all four of the major market segments: company to company, company to customer, customer to customer and customer to company.

Magento is the best in my opinion, but it has a drawback. On a standard Apache driven hosting it runs slooow. Especially the first requests take long when a visitor is opening the site freshly. The good news is that it can achieve a radical speedup if you put it on a VPS (must not be a high-end VPS package) and then install NGINX webserver on it and Magento will run faster with lower latency. The best performance can be achieved with Varnish cache put in front of the store, the only drawback is that then you will need to keep clearing the cache when you make a change on the store for the changes to appear instantenously.
