Contest $15 simple poster design

My company, a real estate agent in UK, requires a poster for our office window to advertise a promotion that we are running. The company name is Stanley Best Estate Agents (google our site to see our colours, mainly blue and orange).

I want a simple eye catching poster that will attract the attention of passing traffic and pedestrians. I have attached our header but it is not vital to include this as the poster will be in our window so does not necessarily need our company logo or header. The wording is in bold below:

PREMIUM SERVICE + LOW FEES = HAPPY CUSTOMERS

Stick to the colours blue and orange, possible blue background with white writing or vice versa, whatever looks best. The poster will be printed on A1 paper so will be quite large so quality needs to be good. This needs to be a quick contest as I need the poster in a couple of days so I will end it quickly if the right design comes up, thanks

Nice design, however the image is more American, our houses don't look like that unfortunately. If you want to use a picture, use one of a UK property, thanks

 

Thanks, looks much better. Will see what other designs come forward before making final decision. I'm happy for a poster with no pictures as the wording is the most important and needs to be seen as traffic passes our office but will also accept a poster with a picture.

yes, there has only been one entry and I would like to see a couple of options before choosing the best one. I want a simple poster with the wording above that will be eye catching.

Good effort everyone but the winner was Harvey13 with a design that he sent via PM. I liked the design by incomebiz almost as much so it was a close decision. Thanks for all your entries.
