Buying 15$ php programmer. small paypal ipn thing

    I am looking for someone to code me a IPN user registration. how I want it to work


    User fills in 3 fields. checks if username is taken. if username doesnt exit user pays 20$. after payment is made it redirects to site and registers them. simple enough -_-.

    any takers?
