Minimum posts is 10 posts and maximum post 25 throughout the week, must be spread out. Everything below must be completed to be paid. * Must have knowledge on Bodybuilding, Fitness, and Supplements. (No copying other forums content) * Minimum posts of 10 and maximum of 25. Will be paid .15/per post. Must be spaced throughout the week, 1 New thread per 2 replies on the forum * Minimum of 50 words and at least 3 sentences per post. * Must speak in proper English. * No spamming must be relevant to topic * Join and connect me as a friend in my profile. (I want to have more friends and look more popular in the community) * Upload your own personal picture to your profile/ no avatars want your real picture. * Comment at least 3 comments on my profile page on different days. * Start your own group on the website in one of their many group categories. * Link 3 of your favorite YouTube videos on your profile page. * 1 comment on at least 3 of my blog entries that is at least 2 sentences long. (You will find my blog entries on my profile page) * After signup use the invite system and invite 10 of your friends PM your email address and I will send you the invite. Will pay you through PayPal when your work is completed. Sometime my invites go to your junk mail so check your junk mail after you give me your email address. Minimum payout is 10 * .15 = $1.50. Maximum payout is 25 * .15 =$3.75
