Has to be unique, and easy to remember, with a good Icon. Color's can be dark, Black/Red Black/Maroon combination

You got some decent logos for those 15 bucks. You can't offer 15$ and expect to receive a logo that is worth 100$. If you go to a restaurant with 15 bucks in your wallet, you can't expect to be served with an old wine and Beef Wellington... you should be happy with a burger and coke.
