This is a site that's part of a network - I've attached two of the current sites' logos. Keep the same concept (round box with an icon inside it and a nice font). I want it on a white background.
Tag-line: None.

I have also attached a small icon of a notebook with a pencil. I'd prefer a style of an icon like the one in the attachment.

I'd like the logo in .png and .psd.

I reserve the right to close the contest without declaring any winner, if I don't like the designs.

Thanks for your entry. Could you please use a bit modern font? This font doesn't give a fresh look. I hope you understand what I am talking about. I would also show this logo to my friend and let me see what he says. Also please make sure you use only those images for which you have a copyright because I would require a psd later on and you should be able to provide me the PSD.

Ok will change the font and submit a revision. Also its a Icon image I am using so theres no issues of copyright in it.

Do you like the colors or you need any changes in them too?

 

I would like the colors to be similar to the images I have attached. I would need the image to be of as high resolution as possible. As you have used a icon, so I would need a image of high resolution. Thanks.

Yes. I would like the color scheme to be similar to the logos that I have attached. Please make it look sophisticated.
