I'm decent enough with PS, but some of the designs i've seen you guys churn out are amazing. And I've been stumped on how I want to go about designing a logo for my blog... Domainual.com - a blog about domaining. I've done next to nil on site customizations so the logo design is ~pretty much an open book.... If I were a designer, I think I would like some constraints (so you're not just resubmitting a bunch of variations and waiting for feedback.) So... Logo Specifics: So the domain is playing off of "manual" as in instructions, book, etc. I'm honestly visualizing a "trailing scroll" possibly starting in place of the "i" that flows to the right. If that can be done, and look good... i'll be happy. But DON'T feel restricted to that. Maybe I'm not visualizing it right I'd like the ".com" incorporated in the logo Looking for a more "stream line" logo, so more length than width. Colors - Not looking for a super colorful logo. 2 tone - I like the colors grey and green. (absolutely no reds...edit red if fine). Whatever matches the book, scroll, etc. Font - something more professional looking, no bulky comic sans or something like that. If you can include in smaller print, ".info", ."org", .net", etc. somewhere (on the book, scroll, etc.) that would be cool. So the above "specifics" is about as picky as I'll get. But feel free to experiment with it. I trust the DP judgement call. Whatever $15 buys me Contest won't last more than 5 - 7 days, and based off of previous submissions, can pretty much guarantee a winner. Winner will get $15 sent to their paypal in return for the PSD file. Prefer it if the layers are not "combined" in case I want to tweak it a bit. Let me know if you have any question, and I'll be sure to leave feedback ASAP on your entries. Thanks!!
