This was exactly what I was thinking when I gave feedback... Unfortunately, it is hard to tell if something is a good idea until I see it . I still really like the original idea... hope you don't mind switching it up! I have enjoyed looking at all the variations. All are pretty good, but the first was the best. One more thing that a friend mentioned when I showed him your logo. The arrows seem to have very hard/harsh edges while everything else in the logo is soft. Because we are a "caring" organization I like the soft and wondered if we could get some different arrows. I am not sure if it will make the logo better or not, I will have to see it. Could you provide me with 3-4 new samples of the original logo (very first post with the circle and the green and black) but change up the arrows for each logo? Look for something with softer edges but not childish. I want it to give a similar feeling the font of the text gives me. Thanks for all the hard work!
The recycling sign is too universal, and shouldn't be the main focus of the logo. If I removed the "Caring Cans", the logo would lose a lot of it's feeling. Thanks for the entry!
I really like the concept of the tab of the can, but the image does not match the shape enough for the logo to be recognized as a pop can tab if the "Caring Cans" is removed. I really like the idea, but the shape needs to nearly match a pop can tab. Don't remove the heart, just think about how the shape could be enhanced to better resemble the tab itself.
I like it, as an image, but I feel it would be difficult to transfer to letterheads, watermarks, shirts, etc... Also, the hands are overplayed on many logos. Every other charitable nonprofit seems to have hands in their logo.
Thanks again for the entry. It doesn't quite catch my eye yet. I think there is too much going on. I like that the colors are solid and somewhat simple, but there are a lot of shapes.
These look better for sure! I love the idea! I think I like the top one of the two (with the heart as part of the tab). However, I also like the bottom because then the tab and the heart can be two separate colors... I don't know. I will have to show the rest of my partners to see what they think. Good job on effectively responding to my feedback.
This is better on changing the arrows. Unfortunately there is still no aluminum can in the logo. If I removed the "Caring Cans" and someone didn't already know our organization, they could not tell what the logo means without the text.
Thanks a lot for the feedbacks. Here is another version with a different arrow: Coming with more different arrows.
