15 letter .net domain ! Please appraise..

    Hard to say. .Net makes it less valuable since you lose the branding aspect. A bit long to type in.

    If you were selling it... the right buyer might pay $20 for it...

    Thats for the domain alone. I advise you build a site on it or get someone to build forums on it. Let it grow, and then sell it. You can then get 5 to 50 times the domain alone price.

    You could brand it as "Gaming Community Network" and that should be it, build a portal for gamers, promote it to get some traffic and you should then be able to ask for a decent price for the whole project rather than just selling the domain name alone.
