The website structure cannot change as in were text appears but page background, colors etc can if it makes site look better. Best overall look will win. Good but with a plain light coloured background, the site begins to look a bit bland. Maybe if you could do a page background for the site to make it stand out.
Arjun... First one is a definate no... Logo on others is not bad. Just not liking the color schemes. I quite liked the clean look of the one Adamant did. 1 of the reason for the change is because that blue fade used in header at the mo really bugs me (i'm not a fan) so try and avoid that.
