Wow, you are in for a rough time on this forum if you think using the same placement for the elements of a graphic is copying. When it's a header, you usually have 2 choices - left or right.
to the entries PMed to me - thanks very much but please post them on the thread so that it's fair competition.The entries posted so far - I like totalx90s background but the font needs a good overhaul, something much nicer and professional, proper typogrpahy.
