    To me, as of today, it's Bogger. I heard over and over again people saying: create blogs, it's a good source of traffic. I didn't believe it until I created one. I put an article every other day on it (if I have something to say) then ping it I am starting to see the results: more traffic the my service.

    Yeah I would be really careful about it. Some sites frankly aren't worth linking to. Most of the emails I get are from sites I wouldn't want my visitors to go to anyway. You just have to use your best judgement.
