    You should have high level of understanding the php programing.

    You going to edit zelune proxy and add the lines to block access to certain web sites.

    Why don't you just google 'block websites using htaccess' it's free & it works!

    htaccess not working for outgoing proxy traffic. :)

    but when you type someting in form box everthying is getting encoded so there is nothing much htaccess can do about it.
