Many years back I was experimenting with ways to make money online and I made 2 MFA website. I was pretty desperate to make cash and was trying a few different business models, I was new to the industry and learning. The sites were about 5 pages and targeting obscure terms with some traffic. The niches were consumer electronics related. I did some basic SEO with them (good on-page) and some link building and then just let them sit. I then made them very heavy with ads. The content was actually pretty good, I knew both niches pretty well and the content was unique and well written. They don't rank so well in google, but pick up traffic from Yahoo and Bing. They've done so for years. It's only a few hundred visitors a month but it adds up to about $25-$50 per month. Both sites each took me a two days to make and promote. I never made any more as spam was not really the avenue I wanted to go down, but when you don't really know what you are doing you experiment. Over the past few years it has added up to $5000 in income from Adsense, so just goes to show what you can do in 2 days without much knowledge.
does anyone else smell bs ? so you make $25-50 lets just take the maximum figure of $50 every month so for reaching $5000 you will need 5000/50 = 100 months i.e. around 9 years and do you know when was adsense program launched ? it was Launched in mid of 2003 and is just 7 year old
