Hi I require a flash or a GIF animated image to be used on a webpage. The image should have the indian flag and the blue circle in middle replaced by the image of mahatma gandhi in the shape of a circle. The background should be transparent. The animation required is the flag should be fluttering slightly in the wind. hi mcd nice try, but the flag is getting cut at the top and bottom and the colour of the strips is a bit uneven...
nice work.. one thing.. towards the right hand side, there seems to be some kind of a dark line as the flag is waving.. can u fix that too..
