    Just an advice.. if you have low budget then you should mention your budget in thread so only suitable person will PM you. Low budget can be 1$/500 words, 5$/500 words or even 10$ / 500 words for few..

    I completely agree with wisden because in this way the sevice providers will be able to know whether to bid for this project or not. In this way, it will save your time as well a our time.
