Google Keyword Tool shows estimated CPC also but its not default shown. Just change the columns to show it and you can get the idea of your earning with the click...

use valuble keywords forex loans and other money keywords and increase Europian and Usa clicks

Google adwords tells you the avg ctc .Check it in options in right side but use previous interface if you are using new version.

 

All the problem is KEYWORD. You should do some research to find a profitable keyword, than you can have a higher CPC !
I will suggest Market Samurai to do the keyword research

My niche is mixed but these days I am focusing on fifa world cup now
