I agree with redoxide. If you can get a domain that matches the name of your company you should buy that before considering anything else. But of course, availhosting.com is already taken. I'd consider keeping "avail" in the domain, else it will be hard to remember that "avail hosting" has something to do with the domain, if say it's "newyorkhosting" or something.
