$15 Banner for Gaming Site

I need a Banner for my website http://www.mfpsforum.com/

The theme is first person shooters

The dimensions are 1280px × 214px (scaled to 1264px × 211px)

Here is a picture of what i kind of want it to look like.
But with out the red,green and white stripe.

Characters only from first person shooters like Call of duty 4, battlefield, and americas army.

Looks nice but Have the guys in the picture in front of the words and change MFPS Forum to Mutliplayer FPS Forum.

I want the banner more like the example i had in the first post
Where the guys aren't so big and the only focal point

I like to have the banners glossy to like in the example

Bot overall they are great banners

Lokomedia can you make it match the forum more with the style and colors.

eXimator looks really good but can you get rid of the web address and make the text straight

Looks good 2 other things can you change the guy all the way to the right so it doesn't look like he has no mouth or chin.

And change the background to all one color, the darker gray to match the forum.
